The platform can make automated plans for each employee that features over 60 practice areas designed by executive coaches, with strategies and direction based on the 70:20:10 model for learning & development. There is an on-demand multimedia library with customized content.
Finally, all of this is measured and analyzed. A suite of tools provides real-time feedback about the personal development of each employee which people can see themselves and learn what they need to improve. There are self-assessments, endorsements and many more extra tools. The company leaders have an extra tool about measuring the return of their investment.
The platform is made to tackle the huge need for learning and development of employees. According to the Global Human Capital Trends 2015 report by Deloitte, learning and development is a top three issue for companies. The report, which surveyed more than 3,300 business and human resource leaders worldwide, reveals that companies are struggling to develop leaders at all levels as they confront increasing skills gaps.
