The Coursedot Instructor Hub continues to evolve. Coursedot is constantly working on improving the platform and to add new features.

And there are some good news. The Coursedot Instructor Hub is getting a new Schedule functionality. It’s already live and available for all registered users of the platform.

The Schedule feature is quite simple, but useful. You can access it via the link in the top right corner of the screen. It’s right next to your profile image.

Click it and you will get a new screen with a simple calendar on it. There you can see all the dates you are booked to deliver trainings via the Coursedot Instructor Hub. You can also see the dates for the trainings which you have applied for.

This way it should be a lot easier for you to manage your dates and time. The Schedule feature also allow you to add “Blocker dates”. These are the dates when you are not available for trainings.

You can set up as much Blocker dates as you want for months in advance. When you do this, you won’t get any offers for these dates, as the Coursedot agents will know that you’re busy. Another plus is that this way they can send you offers for opportunities for the dates when you are available. This will make everyone’s life a bit easier.

You can also edit the Blocked dates at any time you want. You can add more dates, remove them, change their duration.

The Schedule feature will also show you a list of upcoming events for several months ahead. You will have the ability to review those events and even export them and add them to your personal calendar app.
