Coursedot was an event partner and was proud to be joined by our partners from EdCast. Annee Bayeux, Chief Learning Strategist at EdCast was among the speakers at the 2019 HR and Leadership Forum in Sofia.

Her keynote “The Future of Learning: Making the Shift to the New Corporate University” focused on the changing landscape in business and society. It’s technology that shapes our work, too.

All of this brings changes to the way companies find, develop and retain talent. Organizations realize they have to help employees develop and hone their skills all the time. Learning is no longer just in the University. By making their individual employees better, they make their entire company better.

Achieving all of this won’t be easy. Companies like EdCast and Coursedot aim to help organizations to develop, improve and execute their Learning & Development strategies. And events like the HR and Leadership Forum also help us deliver that message. We see that there are many companies which are starting to realize the importance and benefits of organizing and providing trainings for their employees.
