Restricted-access area
The Coursedot Marketplace is an offer to you to obtain continuing education about tech-related topics and adjacent soft skills. It is a marketplace for training sessions, e-learning, online training, books and other training materials.
In case you want to use a white-labeled portal, easier checkout and/or receive newsletter updates from us, registration is required.
As part of the registration process, we need the following required information:
- Email address
- First and last name
- Password
We need this information in order to create your account and address you personally.
We use data that you transmit to us within the scope of registration for legal purposes (issue of contracts, payment documents and similar), customer administration, and technical support. You can modify your profile within the account at any time. If you wish to delete your account, all you need to do is write us an email stating your explicit desire to delete your account. Once deleted, an account, all data related to it will be removed from our system, with the exclusion of previous purchases and contact form requests.
Disclosure to third parties
Based on Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation, your data will only be disclosed to third parties if this is necessary in order to participate in a course or fulfill a contract. If you purchase an online course from our portfolio that is delivered by one of our partners in their own platform we will disclose your email address, first name, last name and any other relevant information for a separate registration, so that you will be able to consume the video materials you have purchased. Similarly, if you purchase a course led by one of our partners we will disclose to them any required information that might be required in order for you to enroll in the course. The disclosure of data is necessary in order to be able to conduct a smooth on-site training event with you and so that your order can be processed.
